| Description: | The Hanging Gardens, the 7th wonder of the world, were supposedly built on the maze like section to the right of the photo, a construction that was probably as tall or taller than the walls of the kings court. The big mystery is how they got water up to the top, some areas with plants were platforms supported only by stone columns, the water woud have had to be pumped up the columns, but how is anybody's guess. Straight ahead is the Kings court. |
